I work full time, have a family and try and stay fit, this year setting myself a challenge to compete in 5 events in 4 months. Having Paul give me a massage every couple of weeks over that period helped me stay loose and keep strong. I found him interested in my needs which meant I was able to get the massages I needed for my training regime, and I'm chuffed to say I did my challenge and beat my PBs.

I like to try and keep fit and run 6 miles a day and longer at weekends if I have the time. Although I swim regularly to help loosen off the muscles, I do get tight calves with the occasional painful knot. Having regular leg massages has really helped ease the aches and reduce muscle soreness - without being excruciatingly painful like sports massages I've experienced in the past!

I have been training for the prudential ride 100 this year, needless to say a lot of training needs to be put into that. Without a massage every week from Paul my legs would have been in tatters by the 30th mile. Those massages made all the difference I think to completing my challenge.
