Sports massage is used to help prevent injury, and also to prepare the body for, and help it recover from, activities that you wouldn't normally do. It is also used to assist with recovery from injury or just help with stresses and strains encountered in the course of daily work/life.

• Free initial 30 minute consultation.

• 1/2 Hour Massage £20.

• Full Hour Massage £30.

• Home visits will be priced on an individual basis.
