This is me

Hello my name is Paul Hickman. I live in Carterton, Oxfordshire with my wife and our two dogs, Sam and Roxy.  At 42 years of age and having completed 24 years' service in the Royal Air Force, I decided that the time had come for a career change!

 

Throughout my career I've been very lucky in escaping serious injuries, though I still have my niggles. However many of my colleagues have suffered and it is this that started to get me interested in rehabilitation.
